Assessors report ???

Thank you everyone for replying.

I rang the pip line and I know I only got through to a call handler but he was extremely helpful.

He has made a note in capital letters URGENT attention of case manager.
He has written that the whole report is inaccurate and again in capital letters just the first 3 glaringly obvious facts.

Wrong diagnosis wrong dates.
My son was not even in the room during the assessment.
He is NOT doing GCSEs and can NOT do them as he has a learning disability .

As many of her notes keep referring to him communicating calmly and clearly through out the assesment and doing 5 GCSEs also no learning disabilities as to why she chose no points.

Fingers crossed the allocated Case manager reads this.

Believe me there are so many other condratictions in her own notes its shocking... Im shocked they don't proof read their own notes.

I have read many stories of inaccurate reports on the forum but this has to be one of the worst examples of it. A lot to cope with when you are looking after your son as well. Thank goodness he has you to fight on his behalf. Truly shocking.

I would also check the date and time between when the assessment took place and when the report was filed as this can lead to errors. My PIP report was full of rubbish but had been written several days after the assessment took place.
