Hello Binky, and thank you for you kind words about this site.
I am a little confused as to what you question is. If I understand you correctly you have notified the DWP of a change of condition with regards to your PIP and returned the forms to them in March. It is a little early to hear an outcome yet, but if you are feeling anxious there is nothing to lose by giving them a ring and asking where your claim is up to.
I think you are also asking about notifying ESA about a change in your condition. This is something I would advise you to get personal advice about. It will probably trigger a move from ESA to UC and it would need someone who can look at all aspects of your individual situation to say whether or not it is a good idea for you.
I hope this helps,
Catherine

Thank you for your reply it was only about pip a change in conditions because since I was awarded pip for at least 10 years on going I have arthritis in more places and on lots more medication my Dr wrote a letter explaining the stress of a telephone assessment and any assessment would have to be done at home ,my daughter did ring and it was sent to assessment provider in March and waiting for a telephone assessment my daughter was going to ring and ask for a paper based decision what do you think my esa support is fine they are aware and done home assessment has did pip in 2017 ,they ask you to tell them of a change and when you do it causes so much stress my Dr is very good but even she says they don't read most of the forms and letters I've sent in ,I had to give up my nursing job in 2017 with a bent spine and arthritis now in neck im she 55 Thank you for taking time to read this .

Hi Binky
The DWP do ask you to report any change - but you only need to do this if it would mean you hope to increase your award. If you don't they're honestly not interested. You will hear back from them, but it takes time.
