Yes it was capita wanted more evidence so they wrote to my Dr and consultant .,but capita told my daughter they had not been received yet but they had both been sent by Dr and consultant ,capita said it goes to dwp and then ba!do to capita ,thought it would go straight to capita has they wanted more evidence ,your thoughts are really helpful been on going for 4 months so stressful .

Yes I always do that but this was capita that wrote to my Dr and consultant wanting more evidence of already sent loads of reports it was cause my condition has got worse in 2017 awarded standard for both got 10 years on going but now things have changed a lot can t do phone assessment so capita said they'd do a paper based of assessment and had written to my Dr and consultant who have now sent them back should I ask my daughter to call dwp to see if they have received them and made a decision sorry to keep going on all this stress is making me ill many thanks had always

Only asking because my daughter has tried calling dwp and no joy in getting through heard nothing since March to someone like me with bad anxiety it makes it so much worse Thank you once more for your help

Hi, Julie, get your daughter to ring first thing in the morning when they open at 9am as they tend to answer more quickly then (12 minutes waiting last time I rang). Best wishes
