Shemarie, it's good you've added your experience.. Proves what I already no.
As I've already stated the DWP are playing with peoples minds and causing unnecessary distress by giving us these ongoing awards?
The only way you can prove it is by having what the assessors have stated on either the PA3 if done PB which mine was, or if you had an assessment ask for the PA4.
My PA3 is 100% perfect in every way and the assessor clearly states and backed up everything including all my medical evidence.
That's the proof I will use if the DWP start on me. Even the Decision maker agrees with everything, she clearly states it on that letter. I will raise merry hell if they try that one on me.
Yes I get they can review at any point, why in hell give claimants this ongoing award if the continue to hassle us?
I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.
The only way to check your ‘actual’ DWP records is to do a SARS request. The DWP frequently contradicts itself. My first PIP award was for 2 years (or so I had always thought; it was even on the decision letter). When I did a SARS I found that it had actually been for 5 years…. Insane..
