Good morning
I’ve sent my review form back and I’m waiting to hear from DWP. Do you know if face to face assessments have started ? I’m in Scotland. I’ve a new condition FND so I’m
thinking they will want to see me.
Thanks I’m advance

Good morning Lorraine,
I don’t think the DWP have published details of where face to face is happening, and what is happening now may not be the same as is happening by the time of your assessment.

Hi Lorraine. You ‘should’ have paper based or a phone assessment as it is a review. I stated clearly in my renewal that I was CEV and wanted a paper one. At the moment they are only doing F2F if a ‘new’ application. Obviously this is not set in stone, but I would think you would not have to attend one.
Has the new system in Scotland started yet?? This could make a difference. Also if there are major FUNCTIONALITY changes in any award considered. Having another ‘new’ condition would surely add weight if you think your award would/ should remain the same. Good Luck x
CPAG are up to date with Scottish law, so it may be worth looking at their site.
