My full name is showing, how can I stop it? Your son needs to contact DWP ASAP and explain what has happened and why, if he cannot contact them then you can but he will need to be with you due to GDPR unless you have POA.
They should either give him an extension or his claim date will not start until they receive the form. If they close his claim then you may want to get your MP involved to get his claim reinstated.
