Health Condition deteriorated PIP review

Hi Shelley22

As you said in a previous post, many people are in the same position as you and it's challenging to say the least. You can only provide evidence that you have. Many services have been locked down for about 18 months now, so many people have been able to get help regardless of their need. We can only hope that more services start opening up, but it may be sometime before people are seen with very long waiting lists.

If you are housebound you may want to consider social care help and information is on the NHS website.

Dear Shelley22, please try not to panic, there is an answer. It is to make a diary, you can use the templates on here or make your own. DWP and assessors have always liked these as a form of evidence. It is easy to see if you have notes every day, about how many days a week [in your case likely every day] you have the problems you say in doing the descriptor activities.
If you would struggle to do the diary you can always ask someone helpful to do it about you, as I did for our daughter quite successfully. Hope this helps,
Denby
