I have taken additional evidence into a face to face assessment and it has been accepted. I can’t however see how you can practically do this for a telephone assessment.
I think your best bet is to make notes of what you wish you had included and try to sneak it into your answers. You can however submit it now to the DWP for inclusion in your claim pack and it should be there when the Decision Maker reviews your file.
