PIP phone assessment cancelled on the day

Dear Oceanwave, my take is they have no right whatsoever to tell you whether or not you can write. They just don't want you to get what you are entitled to get, by putting up as many barriers as possible - once the decision is made you would have to do an MR and likely an Appeal which is a lot more stress, work, and delay. So if you can manage it, [as one of the ones for whom this has worked great for our daughter's PIP claim], I would personally say DO write ASAP, it is best.
