Just some information I missed, the letter my GP gives me is a "To Who It May Concern" Letter, and then outlines my problems. Most Doctors Surgery Websites list these under "Non NHS Services" or "Non NHS work". I appreciate it is a lot of money, and is a personal choice but the above has carried a lot of weight with my claims personally.
