Good Morning, I am currently providing assistance to my brother in law in having his PIP Award reviewed, based upon a significant deterioration in his condition.
May I seek advice and guidance with regard to the significance of the 'when from' aspect of the review form? I appreciate that the form advises of approximate dates, but, given the complexity of the form, I would feel happier getting at least this aspect correct!
Would it be appropriate to submit an approximate date for each of the health aspects being reviewed? Would this be acceptable to DWP? What importance is this aspect of the review form?
Don't get hung up on this. Yes do an approximate date for each condition. They understand that people often don't know exact dates when a condition has deteriorated.
