I have just received the latest B&W newsletter, and see they think the LEAP review is ending.
I have not received any letters from the DWP regarding this matter. However my MAIN disability is Mental Illness, and I have considerable issues that prevent me going out/journeys.
I won a tribunal on this issue in 2016, and in 2018 received 0 points for it, but was unable to challenge it at that time.
I am not sure what to do now, if they consider they have contacted everyone necessary.

You can ring the DWP and ask them if your case is being considered under the review or not.

can i ask to be considered, since i certainly should be?

Hi Walker
If they say they have sent a letter, you can say that you didn't receive it. If they sent a letter and your award was unchanged, if it is within the 13 months you can put in for an MR as a late challenge and argue that as you didn't get it.
If they say they haven't looked at your case - you can ask them to - but you can't force them to.

I have just spoken to someone at PiP and he says there is nothing on my file to indicate it has been looked at, and he is going to ask the LEAP team to call me about it.
