Telephone Assesment

I had my telephone Assessment yesterday after a sleepless night i was terrified .I has a nurse from ATOS who called me I was on the phone for an hour but she was very nice and understanding . I have to now wait 8 weeks for the outcome fingers crossed . Just wanted to let you all know that they are not all unpleasant .

Thank you for posting this, I have mine at 9am tomorrow, absolutely scared to death, thanks for posting a positive experience, I kinda find a lot of posts are when people have a negative experience, it’s nice to hear the positive ones and which more folk would come forward with the positive stories xx

Hi Loubylou, that is really worth remembering that lots of people have positive experiences too. The last assessment I had 2 years ago was by a very knowledgeable and personable physio who wrote a fair report.

Yes I heard they are not very nice but Like you I was terrified but she very nice good luck xx
