PIP Mobility?

PIP Mobility? was created by Ultravox
I claim and receive PIP Daily Living Standard for various Mental Health issues and I am also Diagnosed Aspergers.
For some time now I have been trying to cope with diagnosed Spinal Stenosis(degenerative), however as time passes this is affecting my Mobility and ability to walk any distance without extreme discomfort. Due to Covid I have not been able to get treatment easily and only have the Consultants letter of diagnoses from about 18 months ago, after having a Scan etc..
Cut to the chase, if I wanted to try and claim PIP mobility would this trigger a "complete" review, including looking at my PIP Standard Daily Living for my Mental Health Issues again.
Sorry for being so long winded.
Kind Regards,
Rob.
