HI. Has anyone on here ever been awarded DLA Mobility (2010 onwards) using ESA85s as evidence (the Work Capability Assessment report)??? I am involved in a long-running saga with ICE/DWP. All my ESA (Support Group) ESA85 reports have continually stated that I have ‘severely restricted mobility’ (less than 50 meters). Yet it was only in 2016 at a PIP Tribunal that I was awarded a Mobility payment. Less than 50 metres was the criteria for DLA High mobility was it not?? Confused…. Please let me know… thank you x
