When the pip forms asks to list your condition dates, is it asking for onset date or the date you got diagnosed?
And when a doctors letter stated when your condition started should it mention the date you became ill with a condition or the date you were diagnosed?
I would put in both. Page 30 of the guide covers this.
You can only work with what your doctor writes - there is no 'should'. It will be their judgment what they choose to say. If you want them to write a particular thing you can only ask, but they may not follow it.
