DWP Resource

To anyone who can help!

I am the appointee for one of my clients. She receives regular payments for ESA and PIP, but yesterday received an additional payment into her bank account simply marked 'DWP RESOURCE'. Has anyone met this before. We were not expecting such a payment.

Thank you! I had to laugh at that one, and you are spot on. But like the people we so often say it to, I was hoping not to have to ring them.

Thanks for the link, my detective work will continue. (I will probably wait until I have to ring the DWP about something else and then throw that in when they say 'is there anything else we can help you with today'.
