I gave in, rang them, and have found out. A number of months ago I made a complaint about an error they made which meant that my client's information became known to another family member. The payment was a small conciliatory payment for that error.

There you go Catherine good result. Thanks for letting us no the outcome. I hope your client is happy now knowing the facts.

I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.
