Hi Robert
It would be rare for there to been 11 day gap for the assessor sending the PA4 in as they are supposed to be loaded up on the system within 48 hours. It is possible that they were ill or had a family crisis, but it is also possible that the report was sent in and someone has looked at it and it isn't good enough and they are having to update it. This is only a guess on my part and I could be entirely wrong.
Don't worry about it at this stage, but if the report is not good enough when you get it, you should put in a complaint. One member this year had a complaint upheld when they challenged the length of time it took to produce the report arguing that the assessor did not remember them and had mixed them up with other claimants they had been dealing with at the same time. At least in your case - they are trying to clarify the points.

Hi Robert
I am so sorry you are going through this. Yes, you should ask for a recording. Hopefully, it won't be as long if she is trying to clarify matters. If I was you, I would say at the beginning of the call you are struggling to relive the trauma and it is having a detrimental effect on your health. I would hope that she will be sensitive to that, but if she isn't you have made your position clear. I hope it goes well for you.

Hi Robert.
Glad to know that it is over for you. If you want to see the report you can ask for it after 48 hours.
