Not entirely sure what the "or else" would be.....but I'm hoping you get the general idea. You've had to really throw everything at this and, like all of us on this forum, should absolutely get what you are entitled to.

Hi all,

I keep reading the same 'news' snippet on various sites like google and it refers to a change in law for all benefit claimants.

The bit that interests me is something about PIP claimants and assessments. It says something on the lines of reducing PIP assessments and not reassessing people who's conditions are not going to improve. It says that this includes most PIP claimants over state pension age.

Have I been dreaming, gone stark raving, or have I misinterpreted it completely?

Any feedback would be appreciated thanks.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I am aware of the statement in the link you sent with your post.

What I'm referring to is something new I have read over the past few days, something to do with a 'Green Paper' which affects all benefits including PIP.

I don't know if anyone else has read the same thing but it keeps 'bumping into me' so to speak on the internet.

Any ideas, anyone?
