I made it my mission if it's the last thing I ever do is hold these barstuwards to account, I do work in campaigning for change against this department on another website and don't hold back my thinking either.

Also to note phrank I feel for each and everyone you, that has, and is suffering at the hands of this department.

Hi all,

This morning i was in my living room when I heard the tell-tale noise of the letter box rattling.

My heart rate increased considerably as I went into the hall to discover two envelopes hanging down from the flap, one of which was brown.

'OMG this is' it I thought, feeling the 'just right' weight of the brown envelope. I took it into the kitchen, got out my letter opener (an old knife which is only used for this purpose). Then in one smooth action, I sliced it open.

Just then it dawned on me that anyone who suffers with brown envelope syndrome like myself, can now rule out the DWP as the source of this particular colour, as they now send out their correspondence in white envelopes.

I then smiled as I read that my TV warranty is due to run out - as I had taken out seperate insurance and so the letter was of no consequence.

It's now it the recycle bin.

Sorry for misleading you or anyone else reading it.

Just my way of making light in what can be such an emotionally charged place when you read of the plight of others.
