I was eccstatically pleased to find out today that I have been awarded enhanced rate pip on my recent renewal without the need for any assessment - all thanks to your guides!
My query is however the award is from 27th April 2021 for 4 years yet they have put that payment will be back paid from 13th august 2021. My original award was extended until march 2022 so it is not relating to this. Just wondering why they are not backdating to april ?? And if it is likely to cause issues if i raise the query with them?
