thanks Angel for your , but i dont have a brain to sausage about with 2nd and 3rds, which would equate to about 2 years.

My friend who has won a significant number of Appeals for himself and others over the years has just read about the Gray report. He too says it is a load of rubbish as he had one assessor write that the claimant attended the assessment alone. Whereas in fact he was there too and says he can even be heard on the tape. So they do lie, whatever the motive or lack of it. And of course there is the instance of our daughter, who was said not to 'appear distressed' and to 'cope well' with her last F2F, despite three instances on our tape where you can hear her sobbing and sniffling. He even passed her a box of tissues. And he was supposed to be a mental health nurse!

The best thing is not to give up
Also remember you have to fight for your rights otherwise the DWP who are the biggest liars will get away with things.
Because of the DWP so many people have suffered
