Hello
The UC said
Following your work capability assessment we have decided that you have limited capability for work but are now fit enough to take part in work related activities
You may get less UC because you no longer have limited capability for work - related activity .
This is what they said to me
I was in support group on ESA before
This is why I’m going to court
I’ve asked for a mandatory reconsideration
I’m ready to go to court
And yes I recorded my telephone assessment
Thank you

Hello Sarah,
Thanks for clearing that up. I was confused by your initial post as it sounded like you were put in LCWRA group for UC from what you wrote. Sorry I misunderstood it, but you've now made it clear you've been bumped down to the LCW for UC (ESA WRAG), having previously been in ESA Support Group. I'm sorry to hear that and good luck with your MR/appeal.

Hi Sarah
Reg 35 is the same in ESA support as it is in NS ESA LCWRA.
You can appeal their decision but first you have to apply for a MR, check out our guides to help you. Our UC and ESA claim guide explains the criteria that you will need to meet.
