I've just phoned surgery again - had a moment of strength and thought I'm not giving up!
Spoke to someone different and am waiting for Dr to phone!

Hi BIS,
Well, my psychiatrist did me a supporting letter. BUT despite the fact that I had phoned the centre for help because I was struggling so badly with my MH, then between me phoning for help and the time she got back to me, my PIP review form arrived in the post which made things even worse, in with the letter of support was a letter saying she was putting me back to GP!!!
I know money & time is tight for them and she had mentioned before about "moving the old ones on and seeing others. I broke down completely and she never mentioned it again!
I was distraught when I got the letter and my Husband phoned them (he was at work) and said how bad I was and how worried he was but no go! Apparently I'm being referred for counselling, CBT etc with the Primary Care Team. No idea who they are. I've tried everything over the past 30 years, believe me! Now I have to see someone I don't know, relive everything all over again.
Sorry for the rant! On the plus side, I did eventually get a phone call from my GP and he said straight away if I need to appeal then just let him know and he'll sort things. I didn't even say it was just to say I had put him on my review form, as a courtesy because I didn't want him to think I was taking it for granted lol!!
