PIP Award Review Query was created by TwistedWitch
I wonder if anyone understands what they mean by Tell us about any treatments, therapies or surgery since we last looked at your award on ......
This is on page 11 of the Review Form.
Underneath the box it then goes onto say If you have copies of your test results or care plans for example, send these to us as part of your supporting information.
This bottom statement confused me as I was thinking that treatments, therapies etc meant things like physio and surgery. But the bottom statement makes me wonder if I should list some X-ray appointments and a Dexa Scan I had in that box?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi TwistedWitch
Therapies can be related to physical or mental health, so people will be putting different things in that box. You should be including anything that is relevant to your case and is related to the support you need under the care and mobility PIP criteria.

Hi TwistedWitch,
I filled this part in with what happened to me over two years ago which was nothing to do with my condition(s).
A discharge letter from the hospital where I had been admitted for hypertension. (Obviously my prescription list was now different because of this).
A bit naughty, but I signed myself out later that day due to the anxiety making me worse.
I put on the form that this new condition had not affected my lifestyle in any way and it was now completely under control.
I had no comeback.
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Phrank.

I haven't had any treatments or thereapies for my condition since my last form, so the only thing that is new is the actual x-rays and dexa scan, so do they go there or do I just right Not applicable? Sorry to ask the same question a different way but this one has me so darn confused

Hi TwistedWitch,
Don't worry about the confusion, it's part of the process!
Fill in the box with details of your xrays and details scan. It's just really so DWP can see if new conditions or worsening problems have occurred. It won't be wrong to include things and it may help!
