Welcome to Benefits and Work I have seen a draft copy of the new PIP 2 form and sent it to the back office to see if they can put it on the web site, I have not seen it on the site yet.
If you look at our new PIP guide it is based on the new PIP2 form which was released so I am informed by the DWP in January this year.
