My name is Liam and I've been a subscriber to B&W for years now, very grateful for all their help with getting my the benefits I'm entitled to. I have a couple of questions about the PIP Back Payment (MM Court Decision).
Is it that I'm eligible to claim the back payment because I was awarded a 10 year award that overlaps with the Court's decision? So despite the decision being made before the Court made its decision I still qualify for the back payment?
