Is there a fillable PDF file version of the PIP Award Review Form (AR1)? I have previously used a fillable PDF for ESA50 which made the process much easier for me but I can’t seem to locate the same for AR1. Anyone have this file to hand if it exists?
I am not aware of a fillable PDF version of AR1, you can contact PIP helpline: 0800 731 0469 and ask. They do have an on line claims form that some claimants have been given, if this would be better for you then ask.
