Hi i have recieved my pip review for a yr early and it is asking me if i am better or worse than last time and how i manage myself now. I didn't take a photocopy last time (i will this time). Should i just fill in with all my info presently pls, like a new form?

Hi Sassy

If you have no idea what you wrote last time, then you would be wise to treat the form as if it was the first time you have filled it in. You can also add that you don't have a copy of your previous form.
