The report should be there 48 hours after the assessment, but your daughter's was done late on Tuesday - so I would wait until tomorrow.

Thank you, I have called and requested the PA4 report. Will IAS automatically send me a copy of the audio recording on CD?

They don't appear to automatically send out a recording even when it has been requested. I would ring up and ask.
