PIP2 confused was created by Mrs Doyle
Hi,I cant seem to find a pip2 form that has the tick box descriptors as listed in your latest pip guide.Looking around the net there is a mention of a Digital pip2 which is very different,can you tell me where to find the correct up to date one,thanks.

Hi mrs doyle
I am not aware of any other form, our guide covers both the PIP claims form and the review form.
We advise claimants to complete the review form as if it was a new claims form.

There was an update in Jan 2021 to the form www.turn2us.org.uk/Benefit-guides/Claimi...ent/Fill-in-PIP-form.
