Hi

I was hoping someone could help figure this out for me. My daughter received DLA (high care, low mobility). She moved to PIP and is due her first payment on the 8/3.

Her DLA award officially ends today 14/02. Her last normal payment was 31/01 (£467). They told me on the phone its paid in arrears so I would get a full payment on 14/02. But I've only received £233 (2 weeks worth). I'm confused. If the award ends today and is paid in arrears should she not get another full payment? Thanks

It depends on the date of he PIP Decision, her DLA remains in payment for four weeks after this, if the Decision aligned with her normal DLA payment date then the last payment should be a full one but if it didn't then it will only be a partial payment.
