hi all can anyone advise me as to what esa i am on as i am reading you can be on income related or earnings related or old style or new style i am just confused as to where on my letters i would find out. i am in support group and have been since changing from income support approx 20 years in total someone even told me i can be on income related and earnings related together how confusing , i was enquiring so i would know if the benefit rules from budget will affect me. many thanks bb.
If you were transferred from Income Support then you be on Income Related ESA which means at some time, probably after 2028 you will be migrated to UC and the new rules, if actually implemented will then affect you.
