Hi all,

I have just contacted the DWP for an update on the MR I submitted for my PIP.

The person I spoke to could see the CRM1 form and information I sent was received by 2nd May. However, the form and the documents I submitted were recognised as a document, not a MR submission.

Apparently, the person on the phone has now registered the MR and it will be looked at by the next available DM.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? Relieved that I rang today for an update or I would have been none the wiser.

I have heard of that happening before. Thank goodness you rang to check and that it has been updated. I hope that you get a response soon.
