Hi

I changed my car this last week from a zero tax one to one which is £180 per year. From my investigations, I could pay the full amount, as I did not have a certificate (to say I qualified which would enable me to take it to a post office) and then claim it back from the DVLA so the car salesman did it online for me.. I cannot find the contact no I need to do this. Can you advise please?

Hi Bren

I'm sorry, but this is outside the scope of the forum. You need to go back to the car dealership and ask - what he actually did for you online because we don't know. Either that or contact the DVLA directly and ask them.
