Didn't Lose PIP And Got Mobility Back

Just want to say thank you to Benefits And Work and all who help here. I found out this morning that my PIP assessment went better than I thought and I actually managed to get the high rate mobility rate back that was taken from me at my last assessment. Back then I didn't know I could put more evidence in to the decision maker for certain sections like mobility. I thought if I challenged the decision, I risked losing everything.

So because of covid I've gone over three years without mobilty.

But today, I just found out I got it back and I really wasn't expecting it at all even though I did put a lot of evidence in about my disabilities.

I think we all dread the worst every assessment don't we because of how they make us feel.

So that's over a year with this assessment (since filling the paperwork in) hanging over me over.

I can't tell you how relieved I feel.
