I have been receiving esa support group since being made ill health retired about fifteen years ago.
I have received a letter from the dwp today requesting me to fill out a capability for work assessment.
I am literally sick with the worry.
Could this be a mistake.
I would appreciate your advise please.

Even support group members receive a review form at some points - unless it's been stated that they should never be reviewed again. However, I can't tell you why you have suddenly received this letter. You need to call the number on the letter and ask them about it.

I have tried ringing them but they just don't answer the phone.

Hi, I have been on esa support group for over 10 years and I have been sent the same form. I wonder what they're up to. My brain is fried just thinking about filling out the form. I hope you can get through the form ok.

You need to keep trying to phone, best time to ring is first thing in the morning, whilst waiting for the phone to be answered get on and do something else.

Ive been in the support group for years and get pip I only had a full pip in person assessment about 3 years ago so didnt think I’d need one again so quickly even though it’s a different benefit. What are they up to indeed. Its also a london address.
