ISA copy of report and CD of telephone assessement

Hello

I recently had a 1 hour 50 minute "exhausting" telephone assessement with IAS. I have asked twice for a copy of the CD ( 1st time they said it was sent in the post..did'nt arrive-still waiting for 2nd) also I reqested a copy of their report but was told to contact PIP department...I've given up waiting on the phone ..(I become very agitated due to my conditions) Can I write to PIP and ask for the IAS copy ? please advise..

Hi colinkw39, if you have a helpful friend or family member who could be with you first thing, they can do the calling, pass you over just to verify you want the DWP to talk to them, and let them make the request.
I always have some activity to occupy me when waiting, word-search, colouring, emptying the dishwasher, anything like this may help reduce your agitation.
