Hi

I finish my AR1 application this week and i am now wondering what docs i should be targeting for a PIP AR1 reapplication SARS request.

I usually get an LT54 AND ESA85a but i dont think these apply or do they ?
Someone mentioned a PA4 - i've never heard of that.

Is there a definitive list of docs to request post PIP / AR1 review ?

cheers

Hi twinkerzzz

Why would you request a SAR?

I do not know what a LT54 is, I believe it may be an internal form.

ESA85a is an assessors report when you have had a paper assessment for the work capability assessment, you can request a copy once a decision has been made, we have heard from members who have been told no report was made.

A PA4 is an assessors report you can request after you have had a telephone or face to face assessment for PIP, you can contact DWP 48 hours after the assessment.

I always place as SARS request after i get the result from any re-submitted application. It gives access to reports and paperwork with info i dont get in the usual letters such as length of award or comments made between assessors and DMs - also it lets me check they scanned all the evidence properly. This all helps 5-8 years down the line when i have to resubmit the application when my condition, application wording and point conditions may have altered.

Any further comments on specific docs to request for a PIP/AR1 application SARS appreciated.

cheers

Hi Tinkerzzz

The only document that we would be saying you should request is the PA4 - which, as Gary said you don't need to do a SARS for. We aren't aware of any other named documents.
