Can anyone advise me please I've received letter off HMRC to say I've been overpaid. By 10000 and if I do t get in touch deductions will be taken from my ESA.
I've been ignoring letters for the last 6 years x

Your question is outside the remit of the forum.

You need to seek advice from your local Welfare Rights organisation; advicelocal.uk
Depending on your circumstances, if at the end of the day you do owe the overpayment then there are other alternatives in getting the overpayment written off such as a Debt Relief Order see National Debtline for further information; www.nationaldebtline.org/fact-sheet-libr...bt-relief-orders-ew/
