Email address for Alternative Format Team not working

When I received the PIP review form in 2020, I emailed This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to explain that I couldn't fill it in by hand because of my disabilities and they sent me an interactive form to complete on my computer.

I received another PIP review form last week, dated 17 June 2023, which says I have to return it by 17 July 2023 or they'll stop my PIP. I think they must be deliberately delaying posting these out to make it difficult for people to return them in time, as Royal Mail doesn't take 2 weeks to deliver letters.

Anyway, I emailed them again to request an interactive copy of the form, but I got this error message:

"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

DCS DCPU Alternative Format Team (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, querying the Domain Name System (DNS) for the recipient's domain location information failed."

I also emailed This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as in 2020 my request was forwarded to them and they sent me the form. I haven't received an error message for that address, but I haven't received any reply either. I can't use the phone because of my disabilities, so I need to be able to contact them by email.

Does anyone have a new, working email address for the Alternative Format Team?

Thanks for explaining that they've changed the ending of their email addresses since 2020.

I'll try changing it to dwp.gov.uk and see if that works.

Yeah, that worked thanks. I got an automated acknowledgment from that address and I've had a reply from the Bradford address now promising to send me the PDF form.
