Have always been in support Group. Last renewal 2017 was a disaster as DWP/ medical lied on forms so told fit to work and benefits cancelled. Took to Tribunal and won on evidence I had submitted. However it took til July 2019 to be agreed and was then placed back in Support Group. As I have a lifelong health condition and Gp has told them are unlikely ever to return to work, I thought i wouldnt have to be reviewed again. (DWP RULING 29/9/17). Does this still apply? I have received a new ESA50 to complete. On ringing DWP have been told everyone needs to be reviewed in 4 years!
Are you referring to the DWP exempting ESA claimants from further review? This is still in place but for it to apply to you you must have been notified in writing that you are exempt.
If you have not been notified then it does not apply and the DWP can reassess you at a time of their choosing.
