Hi Peter
Thank you for your post, just to recap, you had an assessment and a decision was made to downgrade your previous award to standard daily living and nothing for mobility.
You have applied for a mandatory reconsideration (MR) and now waiting for an outcome.
My first question to you is have you contacted DWP and ask for a copy of the assessors report called a PA4, without it you are going blind when asking for a MR. If your support worker has written a good supporting letter then that may do the trick but if it fails then you will need the PA4 if you intgend to appeal the decision.

Hi Peter
You can ask for a copy of your PA4 - but you can't put in for another mandatory reconsideration. If you don't have a positive outcome, and you want to go on to Appeal - then it will be useful in helping you form your arguments.
