Pip tribunal.

Hiya, thank you very much. That was extremely helpful. I've wrote some points down that you have mentioned. This is the second tribunal for my son. The last one dwp stopped pip , took it to tribunal and won. Now, 6 years later, this time scale includes because of the pandemic etc, dwp have stopped his pip again. The health assessor rang me and asked me questions about his work, it was solely about his work, my son wasn't even with me when they rang, and the phone call was only 10 minutes long! The assessor has taken my answers out of context and twisted what i have said to make it sound completely different to what I have said. I am onto this and I will be highlighting this to the tribunal. Thank you for your tips. Very much appreciated.
