Pip awarded but.... was created by andyj1967
Hi my wife has just been told she has had her PIP restarted. However we have a slight issue and query.

She had a phone call, during which the lady stated that her PIP was being reinstated. No mention of what level was made. Due to my wife's mental issues, she just replied basically "OK, thank you", and did not ask any other questions. They are lucky she answered, as she normally wouldn't, but she was afraid they'd put her in the tribunal pile if she didn't.

Today it looks like, from what has been paid that it is at a lower rate. We have not received the paperwork yet, but do you think it is worth taking any further. We understood that it would be reinstated at the original level, as no mention of a change was mentioned.

Any advice very welcome, and thank you to whoever answers.
