Hi im filling out a WCA ESA50 form and Im using dictation to fill it in. My mum used to fill it in for me and sign saying this. However my son did it at my last review and they tried phoning him at work so he doesnt want to do it anymore. The guide says they are suspicious of you giving evidence on your own behalf but I have a letter from a social worker who wrote about me a while ago to include with evidence so do you think it will be ok to not include the part about someone filling in the form on my behalf even though I have had some help from my brother?
It's entirely up to you, but if you've had help - I don't think you should be afraid to say so. Just don't put down your brother's details - and don't get him to sign anything - so then they can't contact him.
