UC50 form and changes to condition was created by Davross_the_scot
I am relatively new to this website and my health condition has changed since winning a tribunal in 2020, I take less medication as the medication almost killed me, I'm now dealing with mental health problems caused by the medication I took to satisfy what I felt was the DWP needing lots of evidence I was trying all medication and routes to fixing my condition (it can't be fixed)

When I was taking all these medications I actually had so many side effects that it was easy to fill out the UC50, it's come through as the tribunal set a date for checking in again for over two years which has now passed.

There are sections of the form now I don't feel confident filling out as I have in the past over shared or gave too much information about irrelevant things.

How do I say that whilst I can lift and arm it's not related to a neurological condition that causes me pain in my nerves? Questions like that how do I put across that both my original unpredictable nerve condition doesn't stop me lifting my arms or walking 50m but I'll be in sporadic pain for huge chunks of time but it's not something I can predict, I have a feeling ill be put down as capable for work if I don't fill it out properly which would be absolutely devastating and I'd immediately be unable to support myself whilst I went through the mandatory reconsideration and then the tribunal phase again.

Could anyone suggest advice to make my condition apply to the answer they are looking for? That's always been my problem, making it the answer that satisfies the descriptor, I'm also on the daily living allowance of PIP also as I didn't want to argue and risk losing it all together.
