I had my PIP re-assessment via telephone less than 10 days ago. the day after interview,I received a text message saying health professional has sent them their report and the will make their decision usually within 6 weeks.
today I received a miss call with hidden ID.no message was left. because I rarely receive calls with hidden ID,I think it could be from PIP regarding the decision.
Is this a common practice to call people AFTER they had their PIP assessment? if so what could be the reasons? Is a decision in less that 2 weeks after assessment currently common?
Yes DWP can call you after an assessment, we have heard from forum members where it has happened to them, usually DWP want to clarify some information.
You could contact DWP and ask if they tried to contact you.
