Capita ; Subject Access Request eg. Transcripts of All Calls

I have another question sorry, they just keep coming but I need to be prepared thats all.

Case manager DWP confirmed they was only sent a PA3 v2. So I already got PA3 v2 and asked if there was a version 1 , They said they don't know if there is a version 1 as they was only sent PA3 v2, so they told me of I want a copy of anything else, I need to ask Capita direct and see what they have on file.

So Im going to call Capita for a copy of the Full assessment.

I would like to know in advance before they Fob me off claiming I have no right DWP tried that with me regarding the PA3 v2 stating that I can’t request anything until the decision was made, knew that was wrong so fought for that, I just need to know in advance if I can request copies of the following:-

PA3 v1
Any supplementary information.
Transcript of call from assessor made to me.
Transcript of the call made by the Assessor to the DA support line advice on which Descriptor

That's fine thanks for clarifying that.

Ive asked what field of profession the health care assessor is, but unfortunately neither DWP or capita knows as they don't have that information, , either side keeps saying to call the other for it.

I said that to Capita, but they kept saying as my assessment has been sent over to DWP and closed their end, I need to ask DWP.

Ive tried twice now.

They basically wont give it to me so Im wondering if I'm entitled to knowing it in the first place?
